I wanted one of these to protect a 20 oz bottle I won as a prize. I have had a different brand of stainless steel bottle for 15 years and after a couple of drops on pavement denting the side of the bottom enough to make it have trouble sitting flat--so I can see the use of this and wanted to keep my new bottle nicer, longer. Also I REALLY appreciate that I can now set my bottle down quietly without a clang while I'm in a meeting or elsewhere I don't want to attract attention whenever I take a sip of water. The camo print is my favorite--I was willing to order it instead of just getting a solid color from the local store. And the quality is great, it's thick and slid right onto my bottle, fitting well without slipping off. I'm very happy with my purchase.
